Manoj Shah is a Finance Expert, a People Champion, a Dynamic Leader with strong experience of connecting Business and Finance. A Chartered Accountant by background having an established track record of growing enterprise value in capacity as a CFO/CXO over last 18 years, he brings immense industry experience in very diversified verticals like Hospitality, Technology, Healthcare & Consulting space. He has helped lot of Enterprises in strategizing incubation of new businesses, drawing business plans, raising funds, designing efficient capital structure, initiating growth strategies, setting strategic directions, executing performance management frameworks along with the usual finance functions like Banking, financial management, treasury and budgeting.

On the personal front he is a fitness enthusiast, a tennis lover, a marathoner, trekker, and a weekend natures walker who can't call it a day without a game of tennis.

Meeting people, conversations, travelling is deep-rooted part of his personality as he mentors, learns and un-learns lot of stuff while he guides young professionals on various forums like TIE, S P Jain, NASCOM, NEN, etc. He started Rotary & Professional lives together and has contributed in various leadership capacities in Rotary, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and various other Professional & Charitable organizations.

Bindu comes with 14 years of experience in London & Mumbai with stints at Big4 like Ernst & Young, Media Houses, Social Ventures. She is expert at fixing broken accounting & financial systems, laying out financial processes, Internal Controls and GAAP Accounting. She has helped companies set Cash flow disciplines, drive change to improve top line and bottom line performance. She has been advising senior managements on working capital improvement and pricing strategies.

She is champion at Technology & financial systems, be it Accounting Softwares, ERP or CRMs like Salesforce and Zoho. Personally she is a sports enthusiast, plays cricket, loves travelling, music and engages with her new passion of Zumba.
